Bali Retreat is hosted by Leisel Speranza and Julie Warburton and the Bali Retreat Team, together a beautiful combination of personal and entrepreneurial wisdom and experience (with much of the journey still to come and much to learn!).

Julie has over 22 years in the health industry and is a Certified Master Practitioner of NLP and behavioural coach. Julie enables you create the framework to define your goals, improve attitudes, and develop the personal and professional skills necessary to capitalize on more of your capability. As an international trainer, speaker and coach, Julie brings a wealth of experience along with a powerful and passionate understanding of the effect that the speed and complexities of modern day life and business create on our minds and bodies. Approachable, enthusiastic and a great communicator, Julie has a passion for helping others achieve success and balance in their lives.

In joining forces for Bali Retreat, they’ve created the perfect environment to relax, to reflect, to soak up a sense of complete freedom, to creatively plan forward in both business and life in a way that invigorates, inspires and makes a massive difference, in a place that was created for time, space and reflection, in the company of other women who will become lifetime friends.

Leisel started her first business soon after leaving school at just fifteen. With a non traditional but definitely effective education, she went on to build a number of highly successful
companies that have received numerous national and global acknowledgements including BRW’s Fast Company Top 100 (twice), Global Business Coach of the Year 2005 and Global Business Firm of the Year 2006 from a field of over 1000 practices around the world.

Leisel is known and loved for her contagious passion and energy and the strong unique culture of her companies and teams. Her newest company VisionLeaders is a national and global network of individuals, organisations & entrepreneurs and it’s setting out to change the face of business, connecting people around the globe to support each other in growing their enterprises and enriching life in a highly leveraged way. Leisel loves her travel and personal time (Italian Villas and the magic of Bali rank right up there with the best of them) her partner of twenty years is her biggest support and more than anything she is passionate about life being simple and business being fun.

Leisel utilizes her wealth of experience to generate real results in business & on a personal level. Her belief is that life should be simple & business should be fun.
