After working with Julie over the last few months I now see there is merit to the techniques and knowledge of an experienced life coach and Julie has really helped me in more ways than one. Since I have been working with Julie the last 6 Months : I have been able to break down the things I need to work on, and realise what my values are, the wheel of life has really shown me the different areas of my life so i can see where i am ‘out of balance’ and that gives me guidance each week! I have learnt a lot about myself, learnt that i can finally achieve the goals that I want – and have also been taught to go back and reflect on the things that i have accomplished, no matter how small, as they all keep me motivated and has helped hugely in the confidence part! “In December 2002 I made a decision that changed my life, taking on a business coach. My company was in pure survival mode at the time, working huge hours, trying to keep our heads above water, not even being paid a wage! Leisel helped me realize that I could do whatever I wanted – my business wasn’t out of control, I simply had some decisions to make. My passion came back, this time it was directed. My biggest realization was that the successful entrepreneurs weren’t any more intelligent than me – but they were smarter. As a result of working with Leisel, I have been able to apply the same principles and develop my own formula. I have become extremely confident in my business dealings, creating a plan of action and then enacting it. For the first time ever, I had a solid vision and solid plans for my company. I’ve become accountable for the overall management of my life and business, I have a clear vision now and someone who believes in my vision as much as I do and holds me to it! There are so many people that will tell you that you can’t do it or it’s not viable (including life partners, well-meaning friends and family) so to have someone who will help you along the road towards your goal is priceless. I have systems in place that means I can confidently allow things to happen without my involvement in every decision and move. I have reduced my working week to 4 days – and I still achieve the same amount as before when I was working 6 days a week. Last month we reached 200% of target finishing the end of the financial year with a moderate profit as opposed to a substantial loss that we were tracking for when I first met Leisel. It’s not often that I take the time out to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your help, support and for going the extra mile to help me achieve my dreams. You have been an amazing confidant; you have turned my life around and helped me see that being a business owner can be fun. It’s not many people to whom I would be eternally grateful – you are definitely one of them. You have shown me that life can be fun and to quote Nelson Mandela, you have helped me realize that I am “powerful beyond measure”. Yet I know I’ve only just scratched the surface of things to come and I can’t wait!

Before I started the coaching sessions with Julie I was feeling lost, not sure of what I wanted to achieve or do in my life.
